On 7 July 2026, the Junior School students of MERC International School visited Flora Dental Clinic for an educational dental health programme. The visit provided students with the opportunity to undergo a routine dental check-up and teeth cleaning while learning about the importance of maintaining good oral hygiene.
During the programme, the dentists delivered an informative presentation on dental health, explaining why it is important to care for our teeth and how good oral hygiene contributes to overall health and well-being. Students also participated in an interactive Question & Answer session, where they enthusiastically asked questions and gained a better understanding of healthy dental habits.
One of the highlights of the visit was the practical demonstration on the correct tooth-brushing technique. Students learned the proper way to brush their teeth effectively, helping them develop healthy habits that they can practise every day.
To make the learning experience even more enjoyable, the clinic organised a variety of fun games, puzzles, and interactive activities. These engaging sessions reinforced the lessons on dental care while creating a positive and memorable experience for everyone.
We would like to express our sincere appreciation to the dedicated team at Flora Dental Clinic for their warm hospitality, informative presentations, and engaging activities. The visit was both educational and enjoyable, encouraging our students to take good care of their oral health and keep their smiles bright and healthy.
We look forward to more enriching learning experiences beyond the classroom in the future!
