MERC International School proudly celebrates the achievements of our students at the recent MERC Leadership Camp, where young leaders demonstrated outstanding confidence, teamwork, and leadership potential. Throughout the camp, students took part in a series of engaging team challenges, leadership workshops, and problem-solving activities designed to build resilience, communication skills, and collaboration.

Under the guidance of experienced facilitators and teachers, students learned the importance of responsibility, empathy, and effective decision-making. Each activity encouraged them to step out of their comfort zones, take initiative, and support their peers—key qualities of strong and ethical leaders.

At the conclusion of the camp, outstanding participants were recognized with Young Leaders Awards, honoring their dedication, positive attitude, and leadership growth.
