On 18 July 2026, students from MERC International School went to Sunway University, Bandar Sunway, to participate in The Next BIG Quest 2026, an exciting career pathway programme designed to inspire students through the world of S.T.E.A.M. (Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts & Mathematical Sciences).

Throughout the programme, students took part in a series of interactive activities, hands-on experiments, and engaging challenges that introduced them to the many opportunities available in S.T.E.A.M.-related fields. The sessions encouraged students to think creatively, solve problems, and explore how innovation and technology are shaping the future.

Beyond the educational activities, students also enjoyed a variety of fun games and teamwork challenges. These activities strengthened their communication, collaboration, and leadership skills while fostering friendships and creating lasting memories.

The Next BIG Quest 2026 provided an enriching experience that broadened our students’ perspectives on future academic and career pathways. It was a day filled with discovery, learning, and inspiration, empowering our students to dream big and prepare confidently for the opportunities that lie ahead.
