On Thursday, 27 November 2025, MERC International School proudly celebrated a memorable milestone with our Graduation Night, themed “Golden Eclipse: A Night of Shining Stars.” It was an evening filled with pride, joy, and heartfelt moments as we honoured the achievements of our Class of 2025.

The celebration began with a warm mocktail reception, followed by welcoming remarks from our emcee. The hall came alive with a sense of unity and patriotism as guests stood for the Negaraku and Johor State songs, setting a meaningful tone for the night.

One of the most anticipated moments was the march-in of graduates, where our students walked in with confidence and pride. This was followed by the presentation of graduation certificates, marking the culmination of their hard work and dedication.

The evening continued with inspiring speeches from the Principal and our Valedictorian, reminding everyone of the journey, growth, and bright futures ahead. Adding vibrancy to the night were a series of class performances from various year groups, as well as special performances that showcased the creativity and talent of our students.

A highlight of the event was the presentation of various awards, including:

These recognitions celebrated not only academic excellence but also character, effort, and all-rounded development.

The program also featured a Junior Class Fashion Show, engaging performances, and a heartfelt Year 11 memories video, bringing both laughter and nostalgia to the audience.

As the night drew to a close with a lively band performance and a touching closing video, it was clear that this was more than just a graduation—it was a celebration of growth, friendships, and unforgettable memories.
